    The hotel's proximity to the airport is a definite plus.

    I had significant issues , particularly with the service. The staff seemed untrained and there was a noticeable lack of communication. It felt chaotic at times. I found it frustrating that I had to ask repeatedly for even basic amenities, which certainly isn't expected of a luxury hotel.

    the staff helped us and were highly courteous and helpful. the room was big size and luxury with an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. got exceptionally comfortable bed and comfortable bathroom.

    Comfortable stay with great service

    The staff went outta their way to help, especially Gurpreet, who was super nice. It was nice having a bar area for some chill time, but access to the hotel is kinda tricky, not gonna lie.

    I was delighted to find cruelty-free toiletry products in my clean and spacious room at Aurika. The staff graciously allowed a late check out, made my stay more enjoyable. The location and cleanliness were also perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

    The hotel's location next to the airport was very convenient for my 7:30 am flight with Virgin Airlines back to London at 10:10 am. the inclusion of coffee & tea makers and fridges in the double room was a nice touch.
